A fresh take on the traditional Easter bunny cake, this simple three tired vanilla cake is slightly smaller and just a little more simplistic. Opt to keep the classic coconut frosting, or choose a simple, yet delicious, plain vanilla and cream cheese buttercream frosting. Serves 8.
