Welcome to Le Sel, I'm Kristin, your host behind the brand. From as early as I can remember, I’ve always found great joy in planning gatherings—birthdays, holiday dinners, parking lot tailgate parties - you name it. I would dream up any excuse to bring people together.

I’ve had the privilege of learning from many loving and influential women in my life—true masters of hosting and the kitchen—who’ve passed down their wisdom, recipes, and the art of gathering with grace.

Over the years, what started as a quirky obsession turned into something more important. Hosting became less about the perfect party and more about time together—the food, the traditions, and the stories we share around the table.

Now, as a mom of three, this role feels even more meaningful and important. Its my sense of purpose. The family recipes, the traditions passed down through generations—these are the things I value the most. And I want to share that with my own kids. Cooking, hosting, and even the art of conversation are becoming a bit of a lost art, but to me, they’re essential life skills. It’s important that my children grow up understanding the value of gathering, how to prepare a meal with care, and how to create a warm and welcoming space for others.

Le Sel is my way of carrying on these traditions and creating new ones with my kids. It’s about more than food and parties—it’s about building character through the simple, timeless act of hospitality. And I couldn’t be more excited to share this love with you and your family.
